If you are considering artificial incubation, as a
means of hatching your valuable parrot eggs, it isimportant to
use quality equipment. Low hatch results can indicate a need to upgrade your
incubator or environmental measuring devises. It is very important to
accurately measure temperature and humidity level within an incubator. A few
degrees fluctuation within an incubator can mean the difference between a
successful hatch or no hatch at all. Of course working knowledge of the
incubation process and emergency hatching procedures can be valuable tools
in ensuring successful hatch results. (See R. Jordans,
Parrot Incubation Procedures in our book section)
