The following information explains the type of information gathered from our customers and how that information is used. How is e-mail information used? E-mail addresses are used to send you information that you requested or to confirm orders only. We NEVER sell, rent, or loan our e-mail lists to outside firms. Credit Card information? We do keep credit card numbers on file if a customer wants us to. Customers have the right to have the credit card number destroyed after payment is made in full. Credit card numbers are not stored online! What about address, phone and fax numbers? We request an address, phone and/or fax number on order forms in case we need to contact you about your order. However, this information is entered into our personal customer database only. We NEVER sell, rent, or loan our list of customer fax or phone numbers, nor any other information about customers. Our web page catalog is a collection of some of our most requested items. Products are clearly illustrated and are described in detail making ordering easy and informational . Take your time, take notes and call or email if you would like to make an order or have any questions about our catalog or products. At the bottom of each product page there are email links to make it easier to contact us and/or place an order by email using copy & paste or use our Order Form. Sorry we do not have the fancy shopping carts, etc. We think ordering is more personal with a phone call or email options. We Ship ASAPWe make every effort to ship orders within 3 days or less. We do maintain a large inventory to insure PROMPT & EFFICIENT service. It is, however, impossible to totally stock every item in our catalog at all times. If we do not have an item in stock, we will make every effort to get it to you ASAP and will notify you of extended delays. To expedite your order, items may be dropped shipped directly for the manufacturer or our distributors. Order Delays
The shipment of your entire order is dependent upon stock quantities,
availability and method of payment. There may be an
unavoidable delay on international orders, orders paid with a personal check,
special orders, large combination orders, drop shipments, large items, and
where shipping expediency is dependent on the manufacturer.
Occasionally we elect to have item(s) dropped shipped to
you directly from the manufacturer or our distributor. UPS does not ship to P. O. boxes be sure to supply us with a physical address when ordering.
LET US KNOW IF YOUR ORDER IS AN "RUSH" or EMERGENCY or, IF
IT MUST BE RECEIVED ON /OR BEFORE A CERTAIN DATE. For emergency and
rush orders, PLEASE CALL to let us know of your predicament. We will give
you a "Priority Status" and we will make every effort to get the item to
you ASAP. PAYMENT: Orders must be prepaid--- by Money Order, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), or check. Please allow sufficient time for checks to clear. Which may be as much as 2 weeks. Checks must be accompanied by a valid drivers license and/or a credit card number. Any check returned insufficient funds will be charged a $25.00 handling charge Please do not send Canadian checks. We can accept Canadian Postal money Orders and International Postal Money Orders in US$ funds only, or VISA/MC. We now accept PayPal. Please check with your countries customs regulations before placing an order as we are not responsible for any fees or confiscations. NOTE:We do charge a 5% handling/processing fee on all international orders. ABSOLUTELY NO C.O.D. orders.

CANADIAN orders we ship the least expensive way or your choice,
depending on the size of the package.
For all other countries including Canada (under 2 lb.) and Mexico,

may request UPS, Parcel Post -
SURFACE (which takes about 2 weeks plus) or Parcel Post -
AIR. EXCHANGES, DAMAGE CLAIMS, CREDIT & REFUNDS: Buyer shall promptly examine all goods upon delivery. Do inform us immediately on account of condition, quality or grade of the goods, and Buyer must specify in detail the basis of the claim. Notify us ASAP (not more than10 business days) of any product damage incurred in shipping. Keep package and all packing material intact. Failure of Buyer to comply with these terms shall constitute acceptance of the goods and a waiver of any claims for damages. We will replace damaged item and notify the carrier when warranted. Keep original box, packaging, etc. Carrier may require inspection & pick-up for damage claim refund. REQUIRED AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OF UNUSED GOODS. If you are not completely satisfied with an item it may be returned (within 10 business days) for exchange or full credit on your next order. Item must be in a new and unused condition. Do let us know promptly of your dissatisfaction immediately --- no more than one week of receiving your order. Please Note: We do not refund shipping or handling charges on returned items. We do not accept returns on discounted items, used syringes or other other used hand-feeding utensil. No discounted item on item on special may be returned to Seller for credit. No items returned will be accepted unless in a new, unused condition. No obsolete products may be returned. We do not give full credit on damaged or obviously used equipment ---- that is, equipment that cannot be returned to inventory for resale. There is no charge or penalty fee for credit or exchanges but for refunds we do charge a 15% processing and restocking fee.

are shipping weights and
may include packaging, or take care of UPS
rule for over- size packages
or for multiple package
shipments.
