TERMS OF SALE ON BIRD PURCHASES:
Availability is subject to prior sale. We do
not ship handfeeding to inexperienced handfeeders, nor do we sell birds
unless fully feathered and on 2 feedings a day. Cage’N Bird guarantees live arrival and offers a full
health guarantee of our birds against any findings resulting from examination by
a qualified avian vet within 24 hours. If findings determine a pre-existing
condition originating with Cage'N Bird we will
gladly accept return of bird for full refund, not including shipping. It is
the buyer's responsibility to contact Cage'N Bird within 24 hours in the event
of a problem.
Our Guarantee
All birds are guaranteed to be in good health, with no genetic defects and no
contagious diseases at the time of purchase. The bird should be Vet checked by
the purchaser no more than
24 hours
from the date of purchase.

is not responsible for any problems caused by the purchaser after purchase date
Cage’N Bird is not responsible for any
vet bills incurred by customer. Customer pays all shipping charges and cost of
carriers and/or containers. All health certificates, if requested or required,
are at customers expense. Advanced payment required on all bird
purchases. Visa/MC, Cashers check, Money order or Personal check accepted.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
Birds are shipped to your closest airport cargo facility. Freight charges vary
between $90 to $200 depending upon; time of year, birds shipped, and airport
location. There is a
minimum
$20 per crate charge. We recommend Express or Priority Mail for faster service.
Payment in advance is required for all orders. All prices are subject to change
without notice.
Most of our babies are sold/reserved while young and being hand fed. Parrots are
reserved with a
20%
deposit. Deposit will be applied to the final sale price and is non-refundable.
Balance must be paid before shipping.
We guarantee against Avian Disease & Genetic Defects based upon results of a Lab
Histopath report within three days after purchase. We are not responsible for
Veterinarian or Lab Charges. No other guarantees are given or implied. Any
purchase will imply acceptance of policies
